Every day at 21:00 (server time), houses owned by players who have not logged in for more than 14 days are automatically cleaned.
All items that were inside the house are sent back to the previous owner's depot for safe storage.
This system helps keep the housing market active and prevents long-term inactivity from blocking available houses.
